"I was in the market for a new scooter and a friend recommended a Cleveland dealer, but I wanted someone local. I found MOTOHIO through the Genuine Scooter website and went in for a look. It was easy to find; right off Interstate 70 on the East side of Columbus. Ted was fantastic! Like having a motor head and technical specialist/rider all in one. He talked me through the pros and cons of the models I was interested in, and not once did he act like a sales person. I took the one I liked for a spin and was sold on it. (Remember to bring your helmet and MC endorsed license with you!)
I picked up my new 150cc Genuine Buddy two days later. They had given it a complete technical inspection. Mike had my paperwork, including temp tag, ready to go. The extensive walkthrough before I left the shop was greatly appreciated. Patricia called me immediately when she realized, in my excitement, I had left my credit card on the counter after buying a couple accessories. She mentioned in the message that it was locked in a secure place until I return to get it. How is that for service?
Beautiful showroom, convenient location, excellent personnel, and an enjoyable buying experience. I have been back several times for goodies and feel like family. My service, and next 2-wheeled purchase, will be with MOTOHIO.

"After having a poor experience with another dealer. I drove the two hours to Motohio. After test riding the 2009 1200RT, I bought one. Ted Fitch was one of the best bike salemen I have ever dealt with. He wasn't pushy, no salespitch, just answered questions and show ed features. He obviously loves bikes too. If I ever buy another BMW, it will most definitely be from Motohio"

"Our experience with Motohio was first rate. After deciding on a 2008 Triumph Rocket III Touring model, Mike S. made it very easy to handle all of the financing and other details over the phone. He answered every last question, and I had plenty of them. We just had to drive up from Cincinnati to sign the papers, and watch Mike and Ted load the bike onto our trailer for the haul home. I think they were as excited for me as I was! Motohio will be a regular stop for us anytime we are in Columbus. Thank you, gentlemen!"

"I had been researching different kinds of scooters and found one that I thought I liked and emailed Motohio--Ted called me first thing the next day and we spoke briefly about what I was looking for. He mentioned that they had a brand of scooters called Genuine Scooters and I started to do the research and decided it was the Scooter for me even it was PINK!! "From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with the kind of attention that we all expect but seldom get. At the time I was jsut window shopping but ended up purchasing a "gently used" BMW from Ted. The bike was in need of some service prior to taking it home and shortly after the service was completed they delivered the bike to my home! I have since been back to the dealership for additional parts purchases & again was treated with customer service that is second to none.

"I purchased a K1200LT last year in St. Louis, MO and needed a local dealer. When I took the bike in for 12K service I was treated exceptionally well. I had always heard that dealers did not like to deal with bikes that where not bought at their dealership. Boy was I wrong, everyone treated me great. On another date I took the bike in for a warranty issue and again I received no less than 5 star service. By the way during my service I had mentioned that I was a cop and a few days later I received a complimentary BMW Police Motors hat. I thought that was a very nice touch. Thanks again guys."
